With the world changing so has cycling and bikes are flying out the shops to replace public transport. Councils are closing roads and pop up cycle lanes are making easier to get around, to work, or just get out and about.
Any age is the right age to learn to ride. Riding a bike is a gift that keeps giving and opens up a whole world of adventures and freedom. Learn to Ride coaching is for adults looking to get back in the saddle after a long period off or who have never cycled.
We’ll check over the bike, make sure it is safe and fit to cycle and dedicated personal tuition and confidence-building exercises will get rid of those wobbles!
We can use lovely traffic-free training sites locally or work on those road and traffic skills. You can bring your own bike or borrow one; please let us know when booking if you need to hire a bike from our partners Bewdley Outdoors. We strongly advise that you purchase/have your own helmet before attending.
We follow the National Standard for Cycle Training guidelines for on-road and deliver MIAS off-road and trail training for cyclists of all skill levels from complete beginners to cyclists wishing to ride more challenging road or trails.
