It is well documented that being outdoors in nature is great for our health and wellbeing. At the moment there is a lot of research into the benefits of the natural and woodland environments and mounting evidence showing that spending time in the wilds is essential to our wellbeing both physically, mentally and emotionally.

• Physical activities such as mountain biking or hiking
• Woodland crafts and skills
... or simply their own time out walking, cycling or resting under the trees. The Japanese have ‘Forest Bathing’, the Europeans value time in nature for balance and lowering our cortisol levels, spending time in the woodland environment also strengthens our immune system.
Black Dog Adventures offer a multitude of different activities and experiences specifically designed to be fully inclusive so that individuals or groups who wish to access some of these benefits are able to.

Black Dog Adventures is a not for profit Community Interest Company and actively seeks funding to support these programmes and reduce the costs for you.
• Costs for groups start from £150 per day (£75/half day)
• Individuals can book sessions from £25 per hour
